We created a yoga retreat blended into your Italian summer escape dream — six days to move, explore and fully embrace the magic of an Italian summer.
Mornings open with yoga and breath as the sun rises over the sea. Afternoons drift between hidden beaches, kayak paddles and slow lunches. Evenings melt into sunset pizza by the water and quiet conversation under the stars.
Come solo or with a friend — either way, you’ll leave with soulful connections and friendships that last long after the summer ends.
This is la dolce vita, the way it was meant to be felt.
Your practice
Two daily practices bookend your days — energising flow to greet the morning, and slow, restorative stillness to close it. All levels are warmly welcome.

Vinyasa, the wild beauty of Mezzavalle beach, a sunset slow flow with sound healing, then pizza night.
Tuesday · 23 June
Out on the water at first light, beach meditation, the jewel of Portonovo, then flow to yoga nidra.
Wednesday · 24 June
Vinyasa, Spiaggia del Frate, a free afternoon (or inversions workshop), coastal trekking and gelato.
Thursday · 25 June
A transformational 9D breathwork journey, a closing circle, and goodbyes that don’t feel like endings.
Your home for the week
Our home is everything you could dream of for your “la dolce vita” experience — a one-of-a-kind house designed around the Golden Ratio, in quiet harmony with the landscape around it.
A lush garden overlooks the sea and opens onto a private forest. There’s a swimming pool to cool off, shaded lounges to drift away in, and a long outdoor table made for slow, candlelit dinners.

Reconnect through movement, breath and balanced living.
Lindsey is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator and holistic wellness coach based in the UAE. She focuses on helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath and balanced living.
Her work blends yoga and breathwork to create grounded, transformative experiences both on and off the mat. She also brings people together through wellness events and retreats designed to support reset, clarity and intentional living.
200hr certified · Yoga teacher & baker
Dynamic, creative flow — and a deeply nourishing savasana.
Ilaria is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, passionate sourdough baker and full-time flight attendant. Her signature style combines dynamic, creative flows, conscious breathwork and a deeply nourishing savasana.
Beyond the mat, she hosts sourdough baking classes that blend cooking and yoga. Through her travels around the world she draws inspiration from different teachers, studios and cultures — and shares all of it in her classes.
