Arrival & welcome
Arrive, settle in and gather for our first evening flow and a garden dinner under the trees.

- 19:30 Slow flow A gentle grounding practice to arrive fully in body and breath.
- 20:30 Garden dinner (BBQ) A long, candlelit table under the trees to open the retreat.
Vinyasa & Sirolo beach
Morning vinyasa, a day at Sirolo beach, an Italian cooking experience and evening yin.
- 7:30–9:00 Vinyasa yoga Energising morning flow to greet the day.
- 9:15 Breakfast @ home Fresh local breakfast in the garden.
- Late morning Sirolo Beach (Urbani) Down to the water — swim, sun and salt air.
- Lunch Lunch @ beach (free) Eat by the sea, your way.
- Afternoon Italian cooking experience Hands-on local cooking — la dolce vita on a plate.
- 19:00 Yin yoga @ home Slow, restorative practice to unwind the body.
- Evening Dinner Gather and share a meal together.
Mezzavalle & sound healing
Vinyasa, the wild beauty of Mezzavalle beach, a sunset slow flow with sound healing, then pizza night.
- 7:30–9:00 Vinyasa yoga Morning flow on the garden deck.
- 9:15 Breakfast @ home Slow start with coffee and fresh food.
- Late morning Mezzavalle Beach A wild, beloved stretch of the Conero coast.
- Lunch Lunch @ beach Linger by the water.
- 19:00 Sunset slow flow + sound healing Move gently as the sun drops, then rest into healing sound.
- Evening Pizza night @ restaurant / beach Wood-fired pizza by the sea — the week’s sweetest evening.
Sunrise kayaking & Portonovo
Out on the water at first light, beach meditation, the jewel of Portonovo, then flow to yoga nidra.
- 5:30 Sunrise kayaking ☀️ Paddle beneath the white cliffs as the sun rises over the Adriatic.
- Morning Beach meditation Stillness and breath on the shore.
- Breakfast Breakfast @ beach Refuel with the sea in view.
- Midday Portonovo Explore one of the coast’s most beautiful bays.
- Lunch Free lunch @ beach Your own time by the water.
- 17:00 Home — pool / garden / beach Swimming pool, garden chill or extra beach time.
- 18:30 Flow to Yoga Nidra Gentle flow easing into deep guided relaxation.
- 20:30 Restaurant dinner Dinner out together.
Frate beach, inversions & trek
Vinyasa, Spiaggia del Frate, a free afternoon (or inversions workshop), coastal trekking and gelato.

- 9:15 Breakfast @ home Fuel up for an active day.
- Late morning Spiaggia del Frate Beach A hidden gem along the reserve.
- Lunch Lunch @ beach Sea-side break.

- 18:00 Coastal trekking Walk the headland paths with the sea wide open below.
- 20:30 Dinner @ mountain pub Hearty dinner up in the hills.
- Evening Town stroll + gelato Wander a colourful town, gelato in hand.
Breathwork & farewell
A transformational 9D breathwork journey, a closing circle, and goodbyes that don’t feel like endings.
